  • Data Retention: Consultation booking data is stored on secure, reliable cloud servers for a maximum of (6 to 12 months), after which it is automatically deleted.

Section 2: Platform Users & Smart Agents

  • Integration & Permissions (Tokens): To enable the smart agent to read and reply to messages on your behalf, we require "Access Tokens" to connect your communication channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Meta Accounts Protection (Passwords): At lo-ol.Ai, we never ask for, collect, or store passwords for your accounts on any platform. The connection is made securely and officially via API.
  • Conversation Processing & Storage: Customer conversations are processed in real-time. We keep chat logs for 90 days only to train and improve your smart agent's performance, after which they are permanently deleted. Basic account data remains stored as long as your subscription is active.
  • Data Sharing: We never sell your data. Data is only shared programmatically and encrypted with essential infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud storage servers), who are bound by strict confidentiality.

General Provisions & User Rights

  • Data Protection: Our platform uses advanced encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data transmission between your browser and our servers.
  • Your Rights & Data Control: You have the full right at any time, via your dashboard, to access and modify your data, unlink any communication channels, or completely delete your account and data.
  • Governing Law: This privacy policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
